Canadian Association for Supported Employment

(CASE) is a national nonprofit that helps employers create inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities. It provides practical tools, training, and resources to support inclusive hiring, onboarding, and retention. CASE also connects employers with service providers and best practices to build stronger, more diverse teams.

The Inclusive Workplace

Helps employers build diverse, effective teams by supporting the hiring and retention of people on the autism spectrum or with intellectual disabilities. It offers practical tools, resources, and guidance to make inclusive hiring successful and sustainable. The Inclusive Workplace is an initiative of Ready, Willing and Able, a partnership of the Autism Alliance of Canada and Inclusion Canada.

MentorAbility Canada

Is a national initiative focused on supported employment that promotes hiring and retaining people with disabilities. It offers in-person and virtual mentoring, networking events, and awareness campaigns, while also supporting research. A key feature is its short-term mentoring opportunities, ranging from one hour to one day, connecting employers with individuals with disabilities to encourage inclusive employment across Canada.

The Ready, Willing and Able (RWA)

Is a free, national program that supports employers by providing education and guidance to build confidence in hiring people on the autism spectrum or with intellectual disabilities. It offers resources, training, and workplace supports that help employers better understand disability, address common misconceptions, and implement inclusive practices. RWA also connects employers with qualified candidates and ongoing support to help create accessible, inclusive work environments.
